Truth number 5 is so real. My last brokerage, all they did was preach marketing and all the “advanced” things they did to sell homes. But ask any one of them the average DOM in the market they sell in.. lol deer in a headlight
Actually the same principal works as a buyer’s agent. I don’t focus on being liked w/a buyer. I give it to them straight & every time they told me they appreciate my directness. In fact vets appreciate it the most…they (& I am one) reaaallly hate BS. Being a buyer’s agent is immensely rewarding. Teacher’s son (5 yo) drew me a pic in a note pad saying I ❤ my new home .. thank you. That to me was more rewarding than the compensation I received.
