You could skip trace using Vulcan or redx. They should have the owners numbers

Great Idea. Questions though: 1)What program are you using to make the video? 2) That seems like a long (large file size) video so how do you send it via text without your phone wanting to snip it down? 3) I imagine it might work better with iphone to iphone but maybe not to Android? Thanks
