Oh don’t worry us younger hate sitting through older people’s interviews too. Nothing like you guys complaining for an hour, going off topic, ranting. Just to realize most of you guys have 30+ years in the work force and nothing to show for it.

I’m honestly exhausted of sales jobs where “you run your own business” and “we don’t do salaries, because it just means you won’t want it enough” that stuff is exhausting.
Most sales jobs in the UK have a base salary with the sales targets based on not getting a bonus until you make minimum sales and then once you meet the target the bonus is an opaque number unrelated to the value of sales. Probably less than 0.01%
