    I got extremly good results from door-knocking. Like honestly surprisingly good.

    Even the people that didnt have a need at all for my services were nice. Especially older people were congratulating me on being self-employed and putting myself out there.

    One thing I can tell you about this guy, he gives you knowledge. A lot of people who are wanting you to sign up with them, gate keeps and tell you after you sign up you’ll get the information. Every video I watch with you is value packed. I can only imagine what I’ll get working with you directly, which I will once I get some more experience. I’m just starting out. Thanks Brandon!

    I lived this exact thing with my last team. They pushed social media like it was the holy grail and treated me like I was the odd one out for actually making cold calls. I even had a team coach tell me to stop calling at 8am because it was “too early”, and meanwhile the founder of the team was quietly sending me people who were interested in my expired-listing calls… and I was still a brand new agent. The whole thing made zero sense.

    I bailed fast and joined a team that actually supports real prospecting. They love that I pick up the phone, and I encourage every new agent to do the same. Social media is great, but if you’re new and broke, trying to build your business on videos alone will burn you out quick. Outbound is what pays the bills. Social is what you stack on top once you’ve got momentum.

    Brandon is top notch at this. I watch all his content for how to sell and hard close sellers. But I do run a longer form YouTube now after beta testing one in another state and market. I’m a hard enough worker to do both and I appreciate his knowledge.
