Or don’t violate agency, what you are encouraging is highly unethical and even illegal in some states. When a seller signs a listing agreement they have the right to work with their chosen agent without undue influence that can cause them to second guess themselves or their agents advice. You are causing harm if you are attempting to interfere with another agents client. It isn’t just harming the other agents business but it’s dangerous behavior to the public. Imagine you hire an attorney to litigate a legal matter and you have other attorneys in your ear calling you saying I’d do this different or your attorney isn’t doing this and I would.
This isn’t for people that have a signed agreement..
This is when you’re prospecting, they want to sell, but hit you with this objection. Or they say, “I’ll go with the agent that sold me the house” or “I’ve known __ for years, I might use them”
