I’ve had this same thought so many times lmaooooooo. And when I can’t hold it in anymore and just tell them you shouldn’t not buy a house because of something you can easily change like paint, they give me dirty looks.

You’ve just made me realize I definitely should NOT become a buyers agent. It will drive me nuts and it’s exactly what I avoid in my current industry 😮
