    I will be reaching out to you soon Mike. I have been in for 11 years. I did over $6M on my own in 2025 which 95% of that was done in July and August. I am looking forward topartnering with you and your team. I absolutely love Canada and used to visit a lot back in my younger days and would like to get back to regular visits to Canada. Hopefully I can build my team in Canada and the US! I have a new friend getting her license currently that will be joining me and helping another friend get her license as well. I am in the middle o of helping another agent with a $1.1M listing in Southlake. Once it is listed and we have our agreement in place, I will make the switch.
