Ty doesn’t describe how he affords a decent place to live while not making money having to pay dues and office rent?
There has to be a second source of income!
You are telling me he has been an agent for a year, just finally closed his first deal, and somehow affords to put a roof over his head? This is discouraging if anything! Most normal people don’t have rich parents that can house them, they have to work two to three jobs just to put food on the table!
I think the purpose of this interview revolves around getting listings! Not necessarily the agents personal finances and living situation
