A realtor in my office told me that she called an expired the second day in January. This lady said she just left her phone at home all day because she was overwhelmed by the realtor calls. When she asked how many was she getting it was 36 voicemails and 81 text messages. That is just.. a stupid amount of realtors. Now imagine getting that many calls from realtors and they ALL use the same old script that’s been taught for decades. I see why they get pissed
