I think this is because most people do not realize that being a realtor is being a sales person. It is all this is. Not everyone is tooled to be a successful sales person. One can take as many courses as one could, bottom line is when the initiating realtor has the person in front of them and tries to sell his services to list a house. Some may be able to learn it, but the great majority of the good ones is something they have with them as a person.
