You need to fire your cleaner. It’s pretty clear that she is pretty lazy. The stove…come on. You want a great rating. Get another cleaner.

As a cleaner, I’m appalled 😮
Spots here and there are expected but tge way the cleaner left the stove was a lil ridiculous.
That’s basic stuff the cleaner should have cleaned.
