Why would anyone wanna be a landlord and exploit off the less fortunate?? Oh yea, selfish people 😂
Lol the only reason you say this is because you can’t afford or have the means to be a landlord. Your comment alone shows you’re very bright! I own an investment property outright and have the same tenant in that unit for the last 12 years. I only raise the rent when my property taxes or maintenance costs increase. The secret to making money in real estate through passive income is to maintain the rent at an affordable rate according to your taxes, inflation, and monthly expenses.
Less fortunate?? Smh foolish
@Justbeingme-nene
I know the truth hurts 🤣
Go ahead and live under a bridge then.
@@bballah9969bingo thank you these people don’t get that’s the only reason I’m getting into real estate idc to borrow a lot of money, a lot of these real estate gurus go borrow money from a hard money lender put it in the property the value raising and they turn around and take out a mortgage on That property to pay that hard money lender back, it’s a good strategy for the ones that’s trying to do this thing fast but it also leave you paying the bank back hoping the renters will pay on time, ima take the long route slow and pay cash
Smart girl! ❤
Wow youre so smart ❤
You’re so sweet 🥹
Wrong math. It can also be less then 250k. Just because you invested 60k into renovations doesn’t mean the cost of the property will increase that much, it could increase if you done your calculations right and the market is going up😂
