I have a FSBO in my neighborhood that has been listed twice both times listed by an agent and still has not SOLD.
I haven’t been able to convert her because she is over it and disgusted with agents.
She has an inground pool and because of that feature she believes the house is going to sell for more than what the market dictates.
We have established a phenomenal rapport and I believe that she will contact me if/when she’s unable to get this house under contract and I’m gonna use a strategy word for word.
I’m interested to try this approach. Stay tuned… Lol.
