    Correct!

  • @MrFalloutfreak99 says:

Risk is a factor that no one ever seems to consider

    • @tonysgrazzutti1606 says:

Risk is different for different people doing the same things. It is the application of knowledge that determines the risk for you.

    • @DannyBrooks1 says:

No risk no chance for reward.

    • @dustinatorr says:

Risk, or the potential negative effects of it, is certainly considered in this take, as it would affect ROI.

    • @benmendeja5199 says:

exactly what i was thinking, there’s no such thing as good debt

    • @Johnnynomadic says:

@@benmendeja5199risk is mitigated over time and the market will continue to rise as history has shown. If you’re investing in blue chip ETFs ( leveraged and/or covered call) that offer you a 10-12% yield plus 2% growth you and you borrow at 5%, you’re up 7-9% as a return on debt, that good debt

  • @vr30dane says:

Just to clarify, that doesn’t mean go buy a $80,000 hellcat with $2000 down and a 236 month loan. That would be considered bad debt, for all of those who got some crazy ideas when they heard good debt

    • @XinspaceplaysMC says:

Well if you watch the short then your comment is pointless

    • @1_Divinity_1 says:

PLEASE TELL THIS TO GEORGE KAMEL. The dude is such a bot. What makes me mad is he thinks he has all the answers. Such a clown show.

    • @JM-fo1te says:

Good debt is financing a new $4,000 motorcycle with a warranty to be used for food delivery. As opposed to having a toy sitting in the garage at 10% interest.

  • @PaulSoto-y2d says:

Thanks for the update! I’m holding and buying more XAI42P! XAI42P is the sleeping dragon in this run and its about to wake up.

  • @MauriceJones-u7b says:

Thinking of swapping my USDT for XAI42P. I believe XAI42P is the future

  • @JadePayne-v4x says:

You should buy ETH and XAI42P if you care about your future

  • @SimonWaters-f5p says:

Just saw your videos and bought XAI42P yesterday…..its up 24% today talk about timing……Thanks

  • @TimothyHardy-d7r says:

Bought XAI42P at 0.9 and up 536% with more to grow… Zero to hero…

  • @JeanRussell-l3q says:

    Where to buy XAI42P pls

  • @AdrianJeffrey-j8h says:

I love how you broke down the XAI42P project in your video! Can’t wait to see it skyrocket!

  • @ReeceGoodwin-q8x says:

I bought half million XAI42P and am up 90k but am still holding it

  • @NeilBrooks-l4x says:

Thanks for the XAI42P update! I am loving my XAI42P!

  • @Adelaiderene says:

    ONDO , SUI , XAI42P , suicune 🚀🚀🚀🚀

  • @RonaldHolland-y1t says:

Its time to ignore All FUD and Focus on XAI42P price targets. Its XAI42P time now. ❤

  • @MrReeceParry says:

I see XAI42P moving right along side all the Alt’s you mentioned! Plus I see all the Alt’s plus XAI42P moving in lock step in the charts! My point is XAI42P is cheap! Retail likes buying cheap! Especially when that cheap item is on the verge of becoming expensive

  • @AshleighThompson-Kelly says:

I bought XAI42P listening to your advice! Thank you!

  • @AlexandraBooth-Sykes says:

Nice video. Not a criticism, I enjoy your insights. I tend to think prices could go higher if XAI42P rockets. But understand the logic for sandbagging estimates. My opinion is XAI42P breaks 1, perhaps reaches 10 ATH, if conditions are right. But broader forces are at play now. We’re moving into really unknown territory. And these entities are shrewd. I think there’s massive manipulation ahead. If XAI42P survives that, well, we’re likely in for a good pump.

  • @LauraParker-n4u says:

Just swapped all of my last ETH and swapped it into XAI42P. Already up a little bit. Unfortunately I have some other junk staked which won’t free up for a while. Still now I am on the train!

  • @lebannen6056 says:

That’s actually pretty dumb, if you borrow a lot of money to start a business how can you guarantee that your business will earn you more than what you have to pay? And for the car? How can you guarantee it returns you 20%? And did you take into account incidents? This seems like advice that would work wonders for a small percentage of people and ruin the life of all the others. Especially because not everybody can manage debt in a reasonable way

  • @AveryanMcguire says:

Is it good debt if you buy a 50,000 truck for a job that makes your around 65,000 a year? My other trucks transmission and engine were having issues so I traded it in and get a auto loan
