let’s stay the course! the hardest part I’m facing is the customer relations, I believe a majority of people are in a unique fight or flight faze, from what we have been going through the last five years… I need to work on myself.

I already won once. Now I need to win again. Thank you for the positivity. I would love to call expireds/sale by owners. My market is just so specific and theres no way to get contact for just condos

It’s the real estate agent Hunger Games, and only the dedicated prospectors will survive. May the leads be ever in your favor!

  • @AlexisdeBorghia says:

Thank you, Brandon. This really resonated with me, like other commenters have said, sellers/ buyers are paralyzed

  • @livinginaustinwithirene says:

This has nothing to do with agents who got into the business at a certain time. It’s as if there’s a lack of awareness that agents have bills to pay and they only pay them from closings which are not happening as listings are not selling and buyers are not as enthusiastic. Real estate agents don’t survive on – wait until the market turns. Most agents even top brokers in the Austin market are getting other jobs and posting new positions in Title companies, remodel companies etc. If this is really about ‘newbie’ agents who just don’t know the market shift, this wouldn’t be happening. This is just a major market correction in real estate. It’s when agents should be getting a side job to support their families. You can’t force sellers to sell for way less than they want new or not. It’s actually the opposite where experienced agents are over pricing as the seller wants and then they keep playing the reduction game. I love what you do, but would appreciate a video that’s way more realistic instead of just playing the same old game that it’s about agents who just don’t know what they are doing. It doesn’t take a genius to see through this. Even Zillow Flex teams are super slow.

So I just got in the Skool community and it doesn’t allow any posting or anything? Also step 1 start here the blueprint workbook is blocked

  • @huntertherealtor0.o says:

So what I’m gathering is.. Stick to sharpening skills with Expired/Fsbo, but also spend time every day on demographic prospecting to build the pipeline for future business. Because that is what will pay off in the next year or two. Sounds like a plan to me
