One thing for sure, they have a great gardeners team. Beautiful! ❤

  • @beardown6574 says:

Wow unreal architecture. The finishes and materials combined with the scale of this place. Definitely a one of one for sure.

  • @solii872 says:

We need arvins opinion on this

  • @georgestraight1613 says:

Beautiful home by oh my God the music is so much louder than the voices! Music is very distracting

  • @MTobin1000 says:

$14million….. that is a steal . This estate will be under contract for cash in five days.

    • @rickh9396 says:

No. The price has already dropped to $12.4 million and it has been on the market for nearly three years (EDIT: MLS listed the rental being “removed,” as though it had failed to rent). They wanted $15 million in 2022. Previous owners also struggled to sell it and had to drop their price drastically.

    • @corvoattano4777 says:

      @@rickh9396why though?

    • @corvoattano4777 says:

@@rickh9396is it haunted or something? Lol

    • @rickh9396 says:

@@corvoattano4777 I’m not sure, although Arvin Haddad may critique it later and tell us why. It’s beautiful on the outside, but inside most of the ceilings are pretty low and the layout seems flawed, based on symptoms like that long hallway, although Ryan didn’t give us a good feel for the layout. Parents will want their kids’ bedrooms closer to them, not farther away as the original owner apparently set it up. Narrow staircases and hallways add to the sense of low volume overall. And that garage would be sad in a $1 million home. Buyers today want modern amenities, even in older homes, so a lot of renovations would be required to make it acceptabe to them. They’re going to demand a big discount to offset that time, effort, and expense.

    • @rickh9396 says:

@@corvoattano4777 Oh, and the lot is flawed. Very hilly and sloped, so that much of it is unusable – except maybe for kids sledding.

  • @e.s.5529 says:

let me guess “it’s the greatest house I have ever seen” , “I have never seen a place like this”,”this is the great house I have ever seen”

  • @SuperFilmregisseur says:

This is all I want for Christmas

  • @brianigriffin5609 says:

    speechless over this!!!!!

  • @deanayer3822 says:

Fun fact: One of the owners years ago was the mayor of mexico city – he is the one that built the wall around the place – imagine what that criminal was up to in order to stash his cash in a house like this.

  • @joezupko says:

Too many rooms, but man that room with the tall ceiling and stonework is crazy. Plus I love the gardens

  • @aa1944-k2r says:

first time in the channel, love the home, but the video is a bit hard to watch. not only the background music is extremely distracting, but the whole thing feels like watching a 17-year old tictoker seeing a big house on the very first time. wild, insane, my god, crazy…are not some words i expected from a professional agent to be honest.

  • @chelseaclark-martin6357 says:

    Wow! 🤯

  • @rajendragupta8398 says:

I kept scrolling past people swearing by Nixorus books—saying it’s stuff "they" don’t want us seeing. I got skeptical but still tried. I’m actually annoyed I didn’t read it sooner. These books literally made me rethink everything about money. Seriously worth the hype.

  • @Renufashioncollection8 says:

Kept bumping into comments about Nixorus books, everyone saying they’re dangerously honest and almost banned-level info. Eventually, I caved and checked it out. They’re right—this stuff hits different. It’s weirdly addictive, probably because it feels like knowledge you’re not supposed to find.

  • @RAJpaikro says:

I’ve tried every hustle, every budgeting trick, every finance advice out there, and nothing really changed. But one night, bored and desperate, I ended up checking out Nixorus books. Within minutes, my heart started pounding, feeling like I was reading something forbidden—something they don’t want regular people knowing. It genuinely felt dangerous, like it shouldn’t even be public. If you’re tired of being stuck and lied to, trust me: these books reveal exactly how messed up the system really is.

  • @UmaDevi-td2rd says:

I kept seeing comments everywhere about Hidden Codex of Wealth, people saying it felt illegal to read, like secrets you’re not supposed to know. Honestly, curiosity got the better of me and I gave it a shot. Now I get why everyone was freaking out. It genuinely feels like cheating the system, crazy stuff.

  • @pareshroy4535 says:

I used to believe the same lies everyone else did—work harder, save pennies, hustle nonstop. But I always ended up exactly where I started: frustrated and broke. Everything changed the moment I discovered Nixorus books. It was like finally being let in on a secret society’s hidden knowledge. I literally felt like I was holding something that would get me in trouble if they found out. No joke, it’s the only thing that ever woke me up.

  • @dollysberry9585 says:

    I will take it.

  • @danforward9438 says:

Feels insane to say but this really does look like a steal at that price
