Hey Brandon! I Just got RedX for the expireds. I’m in Oklahoma and I noticed only like 200 people popped up on my list and hardly anyone answers (multiple numbers per person). I guess my question is; Is this pretty normal? I tracked my numbers dialed vs. the amount answered and I dialed 280 numbers and talked to 30 people in about 4 days. I did call some FSBOs in these numbers and that’s where the majority of the calls answered derived from.
Over a 10% answer rate isn’t too bad. You can’t control how many expired numbers are available. Just make sure the number you’re calling from isn’t showing up as spam likely. My daily workflow looks like this, call new expired, call new FSBO, then move on to straight up cold calling neighborhoods I want to work in.
