MBA Report: Mortgage applications surged 28.5%. Purchase apps up 13% YOY. Rates at 6.18%.

    You’re absolutely right! I’ve been grinding the past couple of years and produced my second-best year in my ten years in 2025, with 2021, of course, being the best.

    I’ve been telling everyone to get ready. 2026 is going to be a big year! Inventory on Hilton Head Island dropped from 3.6 to 2.7 months in December.

    My phone has finally been ringing with people wanting to talk and saying they are ready! I’m taking all the business!
