I definitely agree! Keep AI away from your customers. Have it do research, analysis, and administrative fluff. Then double check it to make sure it’s operating how you’d expect.
AI will help with so many things. But just like someone who struggles with social cues, AI will rub people wrong.
I’m excited to use it! But I’ve learned it’s best to have it free you up so you can deal with people more, not the other way around.
