I was just thinking about these two lead sources today. I currently have 7 FSBO’s listed and one expired. And I was telling my assistant that 8/10 FSBO’s pick up and 1/10 Expired’s pick up so the volume is different. I can get a higher commission from an expired and they’re easier to work with but I get more volume out of a FsBO. There’s more energy with a FSBO meaning since the pickup rate is higher I’m getting action which keeps me motivated and Expireds it feels more mundane but better client avatar regarding personality and they’re typically more grateful. Pros and cons for both but they both work and these two lead sources alone can get you 20-50 deals a year
