I appreciate your content. I am a brand new agent (havenโt even received my pocket card yet), and a single mom of three. Nobody in my brokerage really does cold calls, and the ones that do mainly go for warm leads where the prospects offer up their information based on listings in social media put out by the company. It seems most of the leads are buyers as well.
