Trying to lure Dave into his predatory loan den.
They fail to mention his parents gave him money,
Get over it. Some people have advantages, some don’t. You’ll never get anywhere thinking about what other people have. You’ll live in that basement for the next additional 43 years.
Haters will always hate.
Womp womp lil bro. If you were given the exact stuff that he had when he had it you would spend it on the newest version of COD and a PS5
And?
And youβve got nothing. Sucks to suck.

87% of real estate agents in CA fail within the first five years. The median income for a real estate agent in CA is 53,000 annually.
Whatβs the point of your comment?
β@@ZombieGorgonit gives context to what this guy has accomplished
@@ZombieGorgonto provide information.
the 87% is general across the US not specific to CA, also do you get paid more for glazing Graham in the comments or more for letting him peg you?
@@Slaughter327sorry to upset you with the data. Iβm sure your career will be fine.
Itβs just sales. Sales can be the best or the worst, itβs what you make it as a salesman
Not really, you can be a good salesman but the client has to have that need for them to buy now vs later. If they have that immediate need then you can literally sleep through it.
Like father like son π
Once you know how he got the opportunities he got, itβs not hard work or luck. π€₯
Keep combing that hair forward π not fooling anyone
Bitcoin is much much better
lmao sure
Goated
Iβm in sales and itβs the best. I like knowing what I make is based on the work I put in. If done right you can really improve your quality of life. Most of the time Iβll make the avg daily salary in 1-2 hours gives me the rest of the day to live
None of this is true, Graham is a huge conman, as someone who used to follow him when he started out, his main source of incine was always youtube, he never made anything as a real estate agent.
That is a smart move Graham
If we had real estate licenses tests in my country i would have done it too ar 19 or so. We need a 3 year degree before we can work and i did not feel like it. We also become property evaluation Certified and get some accounting, legal and investment courses but i think its to much to work in that field.
