Ryan, you own one of the best real estate agencies and wrote excellent books on salesmanship. But, when it comes to the best property tours on YouTube. Enes Yilmazer, is hands down the best on the planet.

Your tours aren’t great tbh. I do wish you took more time in showing more of the property. If you don’t have the time, you can hire a particular team to spend most of their time doing full tours of your listing. So that we see everything. Also add the floorplan to the video to show us where you are. If you want to tour, then you can do that if you have got the time, but don’t rush the tours by only showing a few rooms. Those half an hour 45 minute tours are the good ones. Because you know that you’ll be seeing every room or as many rooms as possible. That’s key

Your story isn’t going to influence me in any way on a home I buy. I hate when a realtor tries to be my buddy and tell me they want to put me in a house I love and then at the same time tries to convince me that a house which doesn’t meet my criteria is perfect and I need to move now.
