So he wasn’t an assistant ? He was part owner…

  • @jamesanderson6812 says:

Yes , you understand. The people that don’t see this are stuck with the small way of thinking and not seeing the big picture. This was a win/win.

  • @AmviciousRav says:

I would of paid jack with pizza and chocolate like all summer interns at blackrock

  • @MoltenSnowball says:

There’s a reason people work for startups for only stock options if they believe in a company

  • @TommieCobb says:

This only worked out because, hear me out….Jack most likely didn’t need the money like most folks do.

Its preposterous for 90% of people to fathom working for essentially free. A lot of us have families and lives to support. Im certain j. Whatever situation Jack was in, he didn’t have to support anyone besides himself OR He had another stream of reliable income.

    • @killchill says:

      So?

    • @clint6716 says:

You had the opportunity to take this kind of risk, you made different choices and had a family. That is what life is about, he is simply talking about a path he took.

    • @veiltricks2947 says:

I would imagine he had another job that actually paid the bills. I’m in the top 10% of income earners and I had to work for free on the weekends to get my position because no one wanted to hire me and no one knew me and so I just worked for free and worked hard because I believe believed in myself and in my dream. Most people just assume they have a dream and other people will make it happen that they’re just part of some kind of system that things just come together.

    • @tempesttube says:

He lived for free at Graham’s house.

  • @KillaCam1992 says:

    Always take equity

  • @fluffycrepe4057 says:

The type of person you don’t see often.

  • @godsthirdlegBB says:

This is the Rich Dad/Poor Dad bullshit grindset mentality

  • @justme87999 says:

Thats cool he basically took that as him investing in.

  • @purplering23 says:

This world is so materialistic, they don’t understand the true power of human connection.

  • @Lazer-yi6qg says:

Right he just wanted ownership instead of being an employee. Win/win for both

  • @wyattpotter2103 says:

That SpongeBob and Mr. Krabs is gangster.

  • @GucciDan2904 says:

They’re brothers. Jack will have his back no matter what. The money is the least of their worries they teach each other so many things that will get them money in the future for both to be well off

  • @vincentthaofilms says:

I wish people were more like Jack and learn to invest in your career. But nowadays its just “I want 6 figures straight out of college with my Associate of Arts degree” like chill tf out.

  • @Simba4321 says:

How does bro like and reply to every comment

  • @Heyshsvshwj68864 says:

What else did he do that year? Did he have a bunch saved up or did he really live off less than 1,000 dollars a month for a years cause if u have any bills that’s almost impossible unless u have some major form of help or safety net

  • @Air-ts7cu says:

So it wasn’t “only paid $10k” it was “paid in equity.”

  • @highpocket888 says:

    That’s why he doesn’t have any shoes😅

  • @CivilianX7 says:
