Great video, Mike. 100% true – no brokerage will see a multiple like eXp saw during the pandemic. Those days are gone, and the reality is that eXp shouldn’t have seen that multiple either.
My issue with eXp was, I joined as a new agent in 2023. I chose a sponsor I knew, not one that would provide value. Nor did he indicate to me that he would – my fault, not his. I left quickly to join Royal Lepage, who has been absolutely incredible for new agent development.
Now, very interesting value proposition you’ve mentioned (multiple sponsors, canva pro, 3 Crm choices) – so eXp is certainly hard to ignore, even though I’m very happy with RLP.
