I agree growing up poor and homeless at times does make you push harder. Once you become an adult you choose the life you want.
Spot on, I grew up in one of the most desirable neighborhoods but in not of the best homes – this pulled me to be in real estate and make me more passionate.

Thoughts on Limited (Duel) agency transaction buyers as a lead source? I’m finding all these buyers call the listing agent because they don’t have an agent and don’t know any in the area.
