This is one of the most salient and important videos for new agents I have ever watched.
Most agents don’t know that the beginning is HARD and it’s going to SUCK — and that it’s completely normal to feel like giving up.
It’s so good to hear these hard truths in the beginning. I’ve been in the shiny object phase for about a month. I know I have great phone skills and conversational skills in general but applying them in this highly-competitive context is very challenging and it takes tons of courage and practice and doing the really hard things to make it happen.
This video is an excellent reminder that success in re estate is difficult but possible and that everything I’m going through is normal.
