No one talks about sales presentations — ie; Powerpoint, videos, social media, for either listing or for buyers. It’s all about prospecting and lead generation, which is indeed pivotal. Scripts are crucial, too – for any career path, ie; nursing – ‘…where do you hurt? For how long? Point with one finger, where…, Do you take any meds?’, ad infinitum. I’m a broker. Haven’t seen anything regarding presentations which in my early days as an agent / broker going back 20+ years, I talked myself right out of listings, buyers…I thought the clients were supposed to ASK ME AND FOLLOW UP W/ ME – didn’t have a presentation to speak of.
