Seriously considering shifting my business plan. New/Old Expired for now business 8-9am, 9-11 Absentee/downsizer on a triple dialer. 40-50 contacts per day, sound pretty solid?
Similar to my plan. There aren’t enough new Expireds, FSBO, and FRBO daily. I think this plan makes the most sense. Immediate money PLUS building a pipeline to maturity.
@@huntertherealtor0.o Yes, it’s definitely bloody waters down there in the funnel. I’d say, as Brandon has many times, do those PIA clients to keep yourself fed until the cultivated leads kick in. Then, as long as you have been consistent, you can rely on those much better leads as they compound. Surprisingly, I’ve had a few GREAT FSBO experiences that I’m glad I didn’t miss. But yeah, that’s not the norm. Expireds are overpriced and coming in and telling them, “I can help you as long as you lower your price” can be difficult. But there are ways of saying that without saying it π³
Great reminder that outbound lead generation isn’t just about hustle, it’s about control, profitability, and sustainability too!
