My first date with my now husband was coffee. We got there at 4, each paid around $5 (separately), and ended up staying until the coffeehouse closed at 9:30 because we had such an amazing conversation. Our following dates were to parks, hiking, and walking around our downtown area of my town. Doesn’t have to be expensive!

Cafes, coffee shops, and bakeries are usually great first date places cause it’s low-priced and casual

on a budget go for a walk

  • @calvinchan1990 says:

I personally found a cup of coffee or bubble tea is a solid low key date.
It’s low commitment for both parties, it can be anywhere from 15 minutes to 2 hours and it’s inexpensive.
I also don’t drink, so there’s no point attracting those type of people.
Do what feels right for you.
