Ricky Carruth went from broke and sleeping in his car in 2007 to Alabama's #1 real estate agent with 1,000+ transactions. This Gulf Shores native built his empire during the worst real estate market in history by focusing on relationships over transactions. Now he coaches agents nationwide, proving that it's not about the deal—it's about the relationship. Four-time author, father and one of the hardest workers in the industry, Ricky inspires agents to reach for the stars and gives them the blueprint to do it.

Save me Ricky. I need DEALS. Did 5.7m in past 6 months. Have another 2m in escrow. Still struggling massively! These splits are killing me! Pray for me yall!

  • @Theregimeofchange says:

Ricky can’t save you. He knows everything that we are pointing out. He’s just doing the Gary vee approach

Your only option is calling motivated people like cancelled, expireds, fsbos and knowing how to convert them tactically (which Ricky doesn’t teach)

    Or leaving the industry

Ps. Ricky, please stop saying “stack listings!” “Relationships!” Etc

Guess what dude? You’re optimism doesn’t pay my bills, especially the marketing expenses that you earn commission from for promoting redx

Redx makes more off agents then agents make off deals

    • @RickyCarruth says:

But yet agents in my coaching program are consistently hitting $25k, $50k and $100k months…not years, months.

  • @indigostaraz says:

Rates going down will just spike the price of the house, and tend to spiral inflation. Keep the rates high and sell houses for less.

  • @stanleynowak9325 says:

The Fed is always too late. This goes back way before Greenspan.

  • @brentboltzrealtor says:

Depends on your market. In east texas its gonna drop still even if they lower it a full rate. Jobs cant support pricing. Over built in the area and there still building while new builds sit vacant. Rate cuts will keep it from falling as much though, but a full rebound is unlikely here. I would love to see it though.

  • @thehardieway says:

Bro, I appreciate what you’ve done, and you were one of the first voices I listened to when I started prospecting, but most agents don’t even have 6 months of savings.

Even if what you said was true and inventory starts selling when rates drop, which you really dont know. No one does… but even if that were true, 90% agents dont have a years worth of savings. In other words – they arent going to make it to your magical 12-18 month mark. They arent making 2 million a year in EXP rev share, past clients of over 100 deals, plus multiple rental income properties like you have. Sorry to say it, but youre very far removed from your old self.

The blue collar guy everyone could relate to and liked. Now you live in a financial bubble of millions. Your message isn’t helpful. Agents are drowning. They need a life raft to pay rent, and you’re talking about some 18 month non sense? No one cares what happens in 18 months when they need to pay their rent in 30 days bro. Just saying….

    • @RickyCarruth says:

Then listen to all of my content instead of cherry picking what you want to attempt to make an argument. Closings are happening every single day. Agents in my coaching program are hitting consistent 25k, 50k and 100k months (not years, months). Look at real data around transactions. They are happening and there’s plenty of business for any agent who understands reality and is willing to put the work in. If you have a negative perspective as I see in your comment here, sure, it makes it tough to find a lot of success. And, I don’t have exp rev share or 100 deals a year anymore (as much as you want to believe you know about me). I did however make incredible decisions and investments to set my up into a great situation. Everyone should aspire to do the same thing. If anyone wants to do what I have done, follow my principles. Knocking principles of someone who have accomplished what everyone wants is a sure way not to get there. Right now is the GREATEST time in history to be a agent. You can fight that and stay small or you can execute on it and become the top 1%.
