Depends on your brokerage and what the team provides as well as splits.
There are things I would have done differently when I was first licensed.
I would think is very rare to find a team that provides all the support and just show up to closing that pays 50/50 split. Very rare to find a team that won’t take advantage of their agents unless you are a relative or best friend.
