      Best value is doing follow ups. For example: how do you like the new home? Is there anything more that I may be able to assist you in. In the crm it can send out automated happy holiday messages. The value in doing those is to make sure they donโ€™t forget about you, so when either they or someone else in their sphere need you, they think of you first for those exact reasons
