      Best value is doing follow ups. For example: how do you like the new home? Is there anything more that I may be able to assist you in. In the crm it can send out automated happy holiday messages. The value in doing those is to make sure they don’t forget about you, so when either they or someone else in their sphere need you, they think of you first for those exact reasons
