funny i hear renting is better from people who own rental properties. buy up all the cars then tell me its smarter to rent a car. all single family homes should be for ownership and equity. if buying is so bad, sell all of your houses.

GDP is gross domestic product, and it measures how much our country produces.
That’s an absurd thing to ignore.

    • @vincentblomme4171 says:

@@grahamgrafx TC is no reliable source for information. The statement about GDP to some degree is valid. This is because a GDP can go up a lot and still a lot of people can be worse. Mostly when the increase is just “shared” amongst a few people to a higher degree. Some people call this the K shaped economy which does not get exposed by GDP measures.

Yes there are homes for 250,000. No jobs , schools suck. I mean I see homes in WVA for still in the 160,000 nothing around.

  • @macanClouds says:

Renting doesn’t make sense if landlords are going to keep increasing rent every year. You can’t control your largest expense.

  • @BraveNewWorld-x9s says:

Dude says that cause he got like 400 properties…foh ….
