      And? You can work at UPS and make 60/hr. That deal is also not guaranteed to close in fact 25% of deals fall apart

      …aaand the $55/hr is REVENUE, not profit. You take the $55/hr and reduce it by your car expenses, your continuing education expenses, marketing time and expenses, insurance, and of course the deals that falll through or the clients that don’t buy/sell. THAT’s how $55/hr becomes below minimum wage.

    It better be at least 50/hour because the key is GETTING the deal. After expenses to capture that client you’re probably looking at half that.

    Software expenses
    Lead generation expenses
    Client management expenses
    Education expenses
    License expenses

    Public has no idea what being a realtor really is.

    Most licensed realtors literally make 0.
