And? You can work at UPS and make 60/hr. That deal is also not guaranteed to close in fact 25% of deals fall apart
…aaand the $55/hr is REVENUE, not profit. You take the $55/hr and reduce it by your car expenses, your continuing education expenses, marketing time and expenses, insurance, and of course the deals that falll through or the clients that don’t buy/sell. THAT’s how $55/hr becomes below minimum wage.
