It makes sense to do this when you’re poor, but when you have a 10 million net worth and just by investing it you can get 300k annually in perpetuity, it makes NO SENSE at all to keep grinding, at that point, enjoy your lfie.
Exactly
Wouldnt scaling up have looked like…multiple editors, content writers or scriptors, researchers….u tried to take it all on urself, that doesnt seem like scaling.
The dude is just trying to milk his lame podcasts, he doesn’t even know what scaling up is
Exactly, if you scale up but do everything you’ve always done the only thing he scaled up was his content workload, not the actual business. Getting a few editors and then editing a video himself would show which candidates have a similar vantage point with the content and then all the sudden he has more free time to generate more content or conduct additional business.
Scaling up doesn’t always make your life better.
I made that mistake and I was too unhappy. I sold off half of my company and went back to small business ownership. More isn’t always better. 200 employees 22 managers. It ended up being more work in a different way.
I still earn 600k a year and I’m happy.
well not inherently.
Bruh. Why don’t you try hiring an editor or two before you settle on “growth isn’t possible for me”.
the issue is that he doesn’t trust others could do a better job than him. If he learned to delegate and have faith in people he would be closer to a billion today rather than 20M
There is a power in having the self awareness to understand contentment.
