I one time drove 3 hr for burgers
Used to b 24hrs in Vegas..not anymore
I like Graham but it’s so hilarious when he’s shocked by something that’s normal outside of LA.
Awful for weather healthcare and education
If you are healthy, have no kids, and don’t like the outdoors Vegas can be great
And LA just has good weather 😂
Lots of outdoor activity to do in Vegas. We are surrounded by by mountains full of trails and Red Rock canton has waterfalls in the spring. If it’s too hot hike or play in the waterfall up in Mt Charleston. Drive 2 hours and go hangout in Zion for the day. Endless pool options and you can drive down to the lake or river for a dip. Just make friends with a local and you’ll find all the outdoor activities
@sst5688unfortunately, even to mount Charleston it’s almost an hour drive. And it’s getting more and more crowded every day. I was born in Vegas and have lived here for 32 years, and I have to agree with at least the outdoors aspect. Now, that is exactly why I drove 1.5 hrs to St. George every few weeks for the weekend, so that I can have a ton of outdoor activities right in town. But Vegas itself, is just turning into a bigger dump every day. And most of us blame the Californians, like Grant 😂, for moving here.
Horrible food too, we only live once to suffer in that horrible heat
@Skeleltorand good food
Bro made all this money and learned so much about real estate just to not enjoy life
😂
People in LA constantly complain about it but they never move, so you guys must love it for something.
Well he moved
@Ringoffire506probably mainly for tax reasons
@frankhtlllfulwhich is a legitimate reason when the government tries to tax everyone into poverty
@Ringoffire506definitely I ain’t hating. For every mil he makes in Cali state tax is about 140k per each million.
@frankhtlllfuladd federal tax, property tax, sales tax, etc
Yeah everyone from Cali move to Vegas plz. But whatever u do stop comming to Arizona 🤣
FAKE NEWS!! Arizona is the only place you need to go
@Tines_Lines 🤫 we gotta stop letting them know that I use to tell everyone in cali Arizona is the best till they all started to move here 🤣 now I lie and tell them it sucks
@PhatyNug Vegas sucks too! They’re better off staying in Cali
@PhatyNugit does suck.
Why I lag so much lol
But you also drive a dozen miles to get anywhere and the weather is horrible.
Its obvious he doesn’t go anywhere during rush hour. Content Creator hours sound awesome
i love that everyone here thinks a 20minute commute for a meal is normal…
I moved my software company from Silicon Valley to Las Vegas and business is booming because the staff I hired in Vegas are a lot better than my former California staff.
I mean the city is meh. Just live outside it. I dont get it
Big cities in the US sound awful… If something is farther than 30 minutes by BIKE, not by car, I’m debating whether I’ll go or not lmao
Makes me grateful for my smaller town where I can get to everything within 15 minutes.
Unbelievably Delusional
He lives in LA now
That what happens when your born and raised in LA…
Yea i’m good. Thanks tho.
Food is horrible in Vegas nothing like LA
