      Not really, all these investment properties now have to go on the market, the more on the market the more they have to compete with eachother meaning lower prices, meaning people who could used to only be able to rent at insane prices can maybe now buy and live in their own homes. This is great for real people. Homes should have never been a “market” to invest in anyway.
