I think it also might depend on the resources you start with. If you start at zero, yes. If already have a strong database of previous clients, even if you started in a different industry, that’s adjacent to real estate then I think it’s possible. If someone can afford 5 ISAs or something, it probably compounds quicker. If your operation is prospecting more in a day than most agents do in a month or even a year, that can probably stack quickly. Not in a year. Also depends on competency and capacity as well. If you’re a 10 deal agent trying to do 100 deals, something is going to break.
